To maximize the frame rate set the internal web-browser variable "layout.frame_rate=0".
So, enter "About:Config" in the address bar, find the variable "layout.frame_rate" and set it to zero.

Then reload this page (benchmark) so that limit is removed.

Unfortunately, this only works in Firefox. In other web-browsers the limitation is permanent.
